I know just enough Italian to get the gist but not enough that I can't tune it out :) I'll check out my Yoga Online. My pal Elizabeth loves www.yogaglo.com for online classes. My problem(s) here in Arles is that there are yoga classes but a) I am still too in my head to take classes in French and b) from what I understand they are of the "meditation and relaxation" genre. I grew up (my Mom was a teacher) with Iyengar so I am on my own. I have been using My Yoga Online for awhile now (and YogaToday before that) but of course it isn't the same as being in a live class--especially as I keep taking classes that are only 20 minutes long--d'oh! :)Heather Robinsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01316279029849503437noreply@blogger.com
